Colin Devonport is a man who was employed until a few years ago all his life, he has had a varied career including work as a qualified dental technician,  trainee manager in a large retail group, manager of a local social club,20 years service in the Civil Service and lately 8 years as a manager of a Charity serving his community.

He now resides in a nursing home, after having both legs amputated, as well as six fingers. He has two thumbs and no properly working fingers. He retains his mobility with the help of a power chair and support workers.

He has high functioning Autism and classed as having Aspergers syndrome.  He has had other challengers including a life long battle with depression and anxiety.

The rest of this site/blog is devoted to Colin and his understanding of his world in a challenging future, and whilst looking forward,offers an insight to his past.
